We understand not everybody can give us money, but here are some ways you can help us, which do not require you to part with money. Any other suggestions would be very welcome, and even making a suggestion would be a great no-donation way to help!

This will ensure that our website has a strong position in the search engines such as Google, so that distressed and suicidal people get our website first when they are searing the Internet.
• Mention the website whenever appropriate, so that the media and the general population become more aware of the service that is being offered.

• Have a party, and nominate us as an alterative to guests bringing presents or alcohol
